These guys drilled my well 10 years ago and were good until recently. the water was surging and they sent 2 guys out for $300. They diagnosed the problem incorrectly without so much as turning on the water hose to see what I was talking about. They said it would be $3500 to $5800 to replace the computer board and the submersible pump. When I questioned this again he said he would come out and look for free. He never showed up and sent an estimate reflecting the 3500-5800. I got a second opinion from TR Drilling. They came out for $175 and replaced the Surge pressure tank, which was the problem, for $787 and did it in a matter of an hour. The 20 year old sediment filter on my well sprang a leak early Sunday morning. Called around to different well companies and no one answered. Called H&H and they picked up the phone. Even though they were closed, they scheduled a team member to be out early Monday morning. They came out on time and diagnosed the issue, got me a better replacement filter, and had it fully repaired by Tuesday morning. Thanks to Dylan and team for all your great work!

The H &H Well Services crew earned my highest recommendation today. Case & Dylan installed a Pumpsaver Plus device in my pump house. This ingenious, reasonably priced device turns off submersible well pump pumping, preventing pump damage until the well water level returns back high enough to be pumped again. Well worthwhile installing this device during the extreme drought conditions faced now! They also installed a reasonably priced Electronic Float Switch, with weight, to custom maintain the water level in my old concrete, 4-ring holding tank below cracks which were leaking. The work performed by these two highly skilled H&H men could not have been more impressive.

I can’t thank the owner and the business Darrell went above and beyond to help me over the phone and saved me $$$. I called to inquire about him coming out. He answered while being on the phone with another client and told me he would. Call me right back of course I assumed man guy is to busy and will forget about me I than received a call. I asked about rates and told him the issue I was having. He simply said hey you can do this on your own by doing this x,y,z he explained every process step by step. And I was able to fix if shortly after a day or 2! I appreciate your honesty and your integrity and willingness to help me and I’m more than shre the community!! Stay blessed my brotha!
