Our AC system went out and we were in desperate need to get it fixed. The technician was quick to answer my questions and got our AC system back up and running! Thank you again!

I would HIGHLY recommend calling H&L Heating and Air if your AC unit suddenly stops working during the weekend. I called and left a message and to my surprise Mr. Randle actually called me back and came to my house on a Sunday morning to check my unit. He was very honest and upfront about what my options were which is very refreshing especially these days. He is very courteous and professional and is the only person I will call for any additional needs I may have concerning my AC unit. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Answered and scheduled time to come fix my unit. Showed on time and ready to fix whatever the issue was. Very quick to find the problem and checked to make sure there weren't other problems. Glad to have called Matt and will continue to do so for any future needs. Thank you!!!
