As a woman, I thought they would treat me rude and not help me with my issue, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. Some people were very impatient because there was only 1 guy helping all customers, but once it cleared up , it was worth it. The gentleman at the front desk took the time to figure out what I needed and was very patient. I didn't have a chance to get this gentlemans name, but he had long scruffy hair and was very nice. Everything he suggested worked out perfectly and I was able to fix my issue, and it cost me cheaper than my regular hardware store. I will definitely recommend this place and will go back again if I need it in the future. Thank you so much for such great customer service!

I have to tell you, I've lived here in Pahrump for over 20 years and I've never actually gone inside to their retail counter. The staff was excellent and I mean really excellent. They helped a guy who doesn't know what the hell he's doing (me) get the parts he needed to get the job done. Highly recommended and I will definitely be a repeat customer should the need arise. By the way, they have HVAC stuff so if your air conditioner dies in the middle of summer you don't have to die with it. This review was done for June 2022.

The guy knew what I needed before I even said anything...saw me walking in with my old filter and went in back, got a new one, and had to hand to me to pay for before I even said a word. Now that’s good service! Other then that, they do have a large selection, even the Home Depot people send you here when they don’t have what you’re looking for.
