I used these guys to re-plumb my entire home. They were great. Harry, the owner Came out and gave me my estimate and came out to get the guys settled when they started. I have so many POSITIVE things to say and I don’t even know where to begin. Of course BOTH of our heaters went out when it was the coldest part of the season. Daniel with H & M Services came to the rescue. He was on time and also gave me updates of his ETA. Not that two hour or four hour kind of window, but I will be there at this exact time and he was right on time, which I can truly appreciate. He came in and looked at both of my heaters. He was able to provide a quote that beat out all the other competitors and the next day he had my system up and running. Highly recommend Daniel! He has worked on the HVAC systems in my home as well as several of my family members’ homes, and every experience has been excellent. Daniel is always honest and straightforward about what’s actually needed, never upselling or pushing unnecessary repairs. He fixes everything with ease, is extremely knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain things clearly. We used H and M for our water heater replacement last year. Great installation and actually one of the best prices we found. Recently we had a water leak under our kitchen sink and Pete found out it was just bad connection and fixed it quickly. It’s so nice to have someone that is honest and didn’t take advantage of a customer. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs!
