We used to really appreciate the work this company did, but something has clearly changed. We had work done over the past few days, and the experience has been frustrating. On day one, the technician told us we needed a new kitchen faucet. The next day, a different technician came, cleaned it out, and it worked fine so we almost bought a new one for no reason. Then we noticed low water pressure in the shower. On day two, another tech said we needed a new shower faucet. On day three, different techs came and unnecessarily enlarged our access panel, more than doubling its size and damaging the wall and now we need to hire someone to come in and fix the drywall. To make matters worse, the technician on day one didn’t tighten the basement plumbing properly, and now it’s leaking. All in all

These guys set the bar for knowledge, service, quality, and deep pride in their work. Always go far beyond to ensure best experience! Great sense of urgency, fairness... they have installed all plumbing and fixtures, new septic system. I will always demand the best... H&N.

10 months ago I had this company come out to replace old sewer line because tree roots where growing threw the old pipes. They said if I replaced the line I would have no new problems with tree roots. I paid them 3500 dollars to take care of this problem. ten months later they charged me 670 dollars to clear tree roots from the line because it was backing up into our basement. Also when they replaced the line they left my yard in a total mess dirt piles everywhere, told me it was my responsibility to clean it up. I would recommend you try different plumbing company unless your really despirate to have something done. I would given then a ratine of zero. This is a company that doesn't care about it's customers

Excellent, prompt service. Water heater went out and I had a new one installed within hours two days before hosting Christmas. Professional employees too!

Very nice people and even though I didn't have anything major for them to do, they were very prompt in getting to my house and getting the job done.
