Easiest and most efficient way to share my experience with this company is to paste in the text I sent to them last Thursday after they screwed us over on the delivery we were supposed to receive last Friday. Text: I just spoke to April concerning the Floratam sod delivery we were supposed to receive tomorrow, that was confirmed by Brittany last Thursday to be delivered tomorrow. April had left a voicemail and I returned her call. She informed me that our delivery tomorrow has been canceled because you guys are out of Floratam. This felt very strange after the confirmation last Thursday. She said it’s been a very busy week and that left me wondering if other orders came in after ours and were filled before ours and that’s why suddenly we aren’t getting delivery tomorrow.
