HP Enterprises was contracted through my home owners insurance to repair the damage caused by a leak. There were 2 phases of work completed. The first team came in and did the initial removing of ceiling and drying out any dampness. Jeffery Harper and the crew were very professional and prompt. All questions were addressed during this phase. The 2nd phase was the repairing and painting. This crew arrived on time, were professional. Marco and Mike were great. They were so nice! They had so much patience with me addressing any concerns and answering any questions I asked. Guy was also really good at addressing my concerns and explaining everything that was getting done. I totally appreciate all the work they did to get my house back in shape.

So disappointed. They had to return yo my kitchen twice to get the disposal fixed, almost fell out of the sink. They had to return to remove the black gunk running down the cabinets from installing the counter top. They had to return and reinstall the dishwasher. They reworked my pool. Completely redid the tile around it and it was good, but the inside removing the old paint and repainting is terrible! The paint is peeling off. We got to swim for two months when we saw it peeling. First he said he would fix it then said not his problem!!! They do not stand behind their sloppy work.

Farmers Insurance recommended HP Enterprises and they even threw in a patch job in the bathroom fixing the entire ceiling in order to get our business. Our rental property in Green Valley was vandalized by tenants and the 1987 house needed updated. We sold it the first day on the market so their work was good. Holes in the walls, doors torn off their hinges and closet doors bashed in. We only had two complaints. I explained to John West that we needed an acid wash to remove oil stains and rust marks on the driveway. paint on the patio and they just did a power wash which is exactly what I didn't want so they refunded a quarter of the bill which was over $400. They also wrote and told us that the $1,000 deductible would be waived but it appeared they inflated the final bill by $1,000. I nev

Please stay away from using HP enterprise. They are very unprofessional, pricey and they won't give you a quality work. Don't ever let your insurance refer you to them you will develop high BP due to there unprofessionalism. I had a terrible experience using them for my house renovation after having a flood in my house. My AAA insurance company recommended HP enterprise through there contractor (Lionsbridge in Missouri) and we were convinced to use them for our house renovation because AAA promised to go after them on our behalf if we ever have problem with the quality of work. We noticed price inflation because they are not the one that does the job and they are not also hired directly by AAA, they are been hired by (Lionsbridge) and HP still have to hire a handy man to do the job meaning

Farmer recommended HP Enterprises, I wish I would have went with someone else. The first crew they sent damaged more then they fixed. I was so disappointed with the service. I felt completely ignored when I was pointing out all the problems I had with the first crews work. They broke my storm door and refused to address many of the issues we had. They sent a second crew that only fixed half the problems. To this day there are still issues that they refuse to fix and this has been going on since February! Trying to get someone to answer the phone when you call is definitely a challenge but they have no problem blowing up your phone for final payment.
