Whirlpool corp sent out a tech from this company for a warranty issue. Great service. Very knowledgeable. Liked there appliance service so much we visited the store because we are in the market for a new recliner and mattress. Very nice and knowledgeable gentleman there showed us the recliners. They have ample to choose from. Made in USA. I'm ready to buy the one I like. My wife is still shopping.

They do third party repair work on appliances. They are non responsive and always promise to call you back, but they never do. Their lack of responsiveness is very unprofessional.

They are non responsive and always promise to call you back, but they never do. Imagine going through the holidays without a working refrigerator in your home? Their lack of responsiveness is very unprofessional and for that reason I can’t provide anymore than one star rating.
