We were having some trees taken down on our property in Hastings. While the work was being performed the contractor dropped a tree directly on our well and water conditioning equipment destroying everything rendering us with no water. Kevin with H2O systems was the original installer of the well and conditioning equipment. After I calmed down I reached out to him and he responded immediately. He came that afternoon, got a material list and had a quote to me the next day. This happened on a Wednesday and he had the new equipment installed the Saturday right after. The install was flawless and the workmanship impeccable. Thank you Kevin. I would highly recommend H2O systems for all your well and water conditioning needs.

Kevin’s knowledge is second to none when it comes to wells, pumps and repairs. He stepped in to assist us with an artesian well pipe leak under our asphalt parking lot on our historic property in downtown St Augustine, despite some medical setbacks. Kevin, we appreciate your help and support!

This is my second review of this a mazing business. They are busy and sometimes take a minute or two to answer but the "wait" is well worth it. Kevin and H2O systems are the best well drillers and are great at maintaining the work in top shape. A give them a 10 out of 10!

Best man for the job with anything water but I had him put in a carbon tank & salt softener & he's been prompt with response, professional, courteous and respectful. He knows his stuff with water! Also especially as a single woman i felt he was very honest & his prices were great so I didn't have to worry about being taken advantage of. Highly recommend.

I've called a couple of times when I had issues with the softener and they were able to give me tips on how to fix the problem easily. Very helpful!
