I recently had the pleasure of working with Eugene from H&A Plumbing, and I can confidently say he’s now my go-to plumber. I first contacted him on a Friday afternoon, and he returned my call within the hour. He scheduled an appointment for the following day and confirmed there would be no charge for the estimate. He also assured me he could complete the job the same day. On Saturday morning, Eugene called around 10 AM to let me know he was available earlier than planned and asked if it was convenient to come by in 30 minutes. I called this company for a few things. The first thing was my Jacuzzi had a leak and wanted to know what was the problem. When I called Eugene he gave me a quick appointment for the next day, but did not tell me that if he comes, I have to pay him no matter how. My major problem was my Jacuzzi and that’s what I called him but on the side, I told him One offmy toilet was clogged. I just wanted a suggestion, but when he walked in instead of dealing with my Jacuzzi right away, he unclogged the toilet within a minute. Then he looked at the Jacuzzi And told me there is a leak which I already know, but he said he cannot diagnose it. Because it is complicated.
