Great place to shop for 2nd hand items and brand new furniture. Chloe (red hair, pretty, youthful appearance, I think shes the manager) was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I enjoyed my visit.

My initial shopping experience was fine. Not 5 stars but nothing to complain about. I purchased a door thinking it looked like an exterior door, turned out it was an interior door. I brought it back for a refund once I had noticed but the staff had informed me that refunds were store credit only. I asked where that was posted at the checkout because it was not on the receipt, one condescending staff member pointed out that it was at the end of the counter facing into the store not at the register or facing the person checking out. They informed me there was no manager or high up person to assist me and I would have to bring the door back if I wanted to speak to someone else. Would not recommend this restore but the Delaware one is very nice!

We donated many items here today and I am so impressed with the people working out there. We pulled up with a trailer load of heavy furniture donations and they didn't blink before coming right out and helping us unload. They were so professional and VERY VERY thankful. We will always donate household items here from now on! Thoroughly impressed.

They posted an ad on craigslist for a chest freezer Saturday. They weren't open again until Monday because of the holiday. I called as SOON AS they opened Monday morning. I was more than willing to pay the full price and the delivery fee to bring it to Columbus without even looking at it. She said it needed some parts, which are actually hard to find. She wouldn't take cash when it got here, and I didn't have much money on cards (as I run a cash business), so she had me drive somewhere to put cash on a card. I also finally found the parts and ordered them. After working on this situation for hours, going back and forth with her on the phone all morning, when I called here with the card number she said..."I just sold it about a minute ago". Love going here! Never know what you will find. Prices vary. If you are remodeling on a budget sometimes you can find items here on the cheap. Used furniture items priced great! They also have new wayfair items( pricey for me) but cheaper than ordering from wayfair. Check it out!
