Leaving this 5 star review for my absolutely AMAZING experience with an employee named Joseph at the Tempe Restore Location; I purchased a Taupe King sized upholstered platform bed frame new in box from The Restore location in Tempe, on 02/26/2026 & came back to pick it up after work that same day! I actually first went to take a look at what the restore had to offer in King size bed frames on the night of 02/25/2026 near the store’s closing time, and Joseph immediately greeted me at the front door and asked if I needed help with anything, I told him I had been looking everywhere for a affordable and aesthetic King sized bed frame and he guided me himself to the section with all the King beds and answered every single one of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the store and its

Mr. Raymond was superb with his customer service. He made sure we were very well taken care of. Cody and Ms. Maggie were also very helpful and informative. This store is very clean and organized. The whole staff is always ready to help and very friendly. Thanks for keeping our items safe until pick up.

Xavier Hawkins was the best to help give me a great deal on some light fixtures I’ve been eyeing. So kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this location!

Edit: you’ve gotta teach your employees how to ring up items. The older white woman Maggie was my cashier and she charged me twice for an item that was taped together priced at 5.55, I left the store before realizing I paid 11.10 for my towel rack. I saw her remove the tape from the item but didn’t think she would charge me twice. She also appeared standoffish, had no social skills, not very kind. I’m really upset and will not be returning. This store is great if you’re renovating! There’s a great selection of furniture at reasonable prices, they’ve got some boxed/new furniture, as well as some dead stock miscellaneous items.
