Update: Had my new system installed and I am thrilled! The techs were absolutely amazing and the owner genuinely cares about you not only as a customer, but as a person as well. From the start, they explained the entire process, walked us through every step, and helped us rest easy knowing that we were in good hands. I have done an entire year waiting on the right company to make the big jump to get a new system, and didn’t feel good with my of my previous quotes and meetings with other companies. They spent two full days installing insulation and a brand-new HVAC system, and every step of the process was handled with incredible precision, care, and attention to detail. Hachi air was taking care of my mom when I wasn't available and they agreed to change the complete system without me present so when I showed up the day of the install they answered all my questions and I can tell they really care about their work. They had to work with the old guts of our home and it was great what they came up with. I feel like they are taking good care of us and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Called Hachi Air after discovering my Nest thermostat was showing “power off” and couldn’t get my heater to cut on. Johnny arrived within just a couple of hours. Very respectful and courteous, suggested I inspect the unit with him so I can see what’s going on. He quickly pointed out a melted switch due to improper installation, which was not only causing the problem but also a fire hazard. We also saw very noticeable microbial growth within the blower motor; this was heartbreaking to find since it was a brand new system on our new build home from 2022. I highly encourage new build home owners to call Hachi Air for an inspection and make sure your system is up to par. Thank you Johnny, and thank you Hachi Air!
