Called they came in the same day to do a inspection because I had been told by a different company I needed a whole new furnace.. which ended up not being true. Mike from Hatch came to my home to find I just needed a new vent pipe, he had it running in a hour or less. I truly can't thank them enough to give my house heat! Thank you again Mike.

I have used Hacht for years. They have done emergency work where they came promptly when called. They installed a central air system in one of my homes and most recently they installed a high efficiency Bosch combo-boiler to replace an aging system in my new log home. Top notch work, prompt and on time, finished quickly. Thanks Hatch!

Very happy with Hacht H & C. My finicky boiler wasn’t working, which took Mike about 15 minutes to troubleshoot & fix. No parts required, just a simple adjustment. Considering the boiler is probably older than Mike, it was very impressive he knew what to do. When I change the boiler from oil to propane, I am definitely asking Hacht H & C for a quote.

I have had trouble with my furnace in the last week. Mike came out twice and replaced the igniter, then the furnace again, did not want to ignite. This last time the gentleman took his time and finally found out the problem. Never was charged for the last two visits! Very polite and dependable!

Was very prompt coming out, fixed my furnace the same day and was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.
