Hacienda Pools

I have dealt with Kendall and Ruben this week. Both were very professional but more importantly they were kind. I asked for a quote for pool cleanings regularly from Kendall and thought it was a fair price. It was too much for merighy now but maybe in a few months. So instead I took pool school with Ruben. I feel very confident that I can maintain the pool on my own for the next few months.

Hacienda Pools customer service is top notch. Their experience in the business provides a level of quality thst is unmatched. Highly recommend them. You will be very please with final product.

I usually use Leslie’s to test my water and purchase chemicals, but twice they were closed with a sign on the door with one sign saying, “I wasn’t feeling well so I had to close.” I went to Hacienda because they are located in the next building. I needed help with high alkalinity in pool. They told me what I needed to do and was very knowledgeable. I will use them for all my water testing and chemicals in the future. Bye Leslie’s.

My weekly pool service with Hacienda was initially excellent. After the snow/ice storm in February 2021, I had pvc pipes that froze and cracked. The company informed me that they could repair the damage. Despite multiple promises from the cleaning technician, it took until May to have them repaired. When I returned home after the repair was finished, I turned on the pump and it still leaked. I was promised many more times that it would be repaired soon. On June 11, I was told the technician would absolutely fix the pipes on June 14. After taking off work on the 14th to be home (to verify the repair), the technician never showed. I called the company at 5:00pm and was promised that the he would come on June 15. I instead canceled my service with this company due to their lack of timely repa
