They mean well, but the phone people dont care much about customer service & the technicians, ehh. After he found a leak near water heater & "fixed it" our water heater didn't work anymore. Customer service said it was a coincidence that happens all the time. Im 70, it never happened to me before.**************** Just want to add that day of this in incident I spoke to Mngr. Devyn Atkins. And next day higher Mngr Josh Miller called me. Both were very polite & Josh couldn't have apologized more & made accomodations to right the problem. Thank you

The driver didn’t deliver because “there was no path”. I usually go to Libra fuels. They are on average $0.50 cheaper per gallon and they actually deliver. Now comes the fight to get my money back. Go elsewhere.

The previous owner of my home used this company, (Hutala Oil) and being new to the I kept the same. In 2023 Haffner bought them and it has been down hill ever since. I have experienced three billing disputes of which but this one was the final insult. I'm 67 years old, disabled Vietnam Vet on limited income. I ordered a delivery of 187 gallons because of what I had as a ballance available. They delivered it and charged my account, however they also delivered another $88+ which I DID NOT ORDER. When I called to complain they offered to discount it 10 cents per gallon, which included a 5 cent senior discount which I had never been told about. The previous owners of our house used the company for oil delivery so I figured we would stay with the same company, especially because they’re close by. I had a tech come out in December to fix my furnace, and was left with no paperwork regarding the repairs made. Not to mention a service I requested was not performed and I have now had to contact a different company to come out soon and hopefully complete the service and diagnose an issue that was pointed out to the tech and didn’t get fixed. I also called a few days ago to schedule oil delivery because we were starting to run low.
