Haffner's Propane & Heating Oil

Was very happy when it was Huhtala, and wasn’t disappointed when it turned over to Haffners……until now! Had my furnace cleaned on Aug. 21st, and their truck had a brake line blow in my recently resurfaced driveway. I called and they came out to put speedydry on the spill (which tracked all the way out of my driveway). The attempted cleanup did not work, which resulted in numerous calls as to what they would do treat the stains! It was elevated to Corporate, they said they would come out and spray the damaged area; we told them that doesn’t work as at this time it won’t cure, as well as it won’t blend. As a Realtor, I often need to produce a final fuel adjustment for a house sale. Just did another, and was wonderfully served by the Haffner's folks. They were very helpful...and fast!

Apparently the noise coming from my furnace was just a loose belt.With a wink of an eye it was fixed. I respect the Haffner's repairman. And am glad it is he training the next guy

I want to express my appreciation to Justin and Matt for the excellent service they recently provided. They were friendly, kind, caring and considerate while professionally performing the work that needed to be done. Their customer service was outstanding as well as their workmanship! They made my day!!

There technicians have always been good and service quick however recently I called on Monday to reschedule an oil delivery from Tuesday to Thursday because i needed a prime and wasn't going to be home. They didn't update their system and delivered on Tuesday then charged me $159 hourly service charge fee instead of the $50 fee that it should have been. Them not honoring their own mistake at the cost of $110 extra to me was disappointing.
