Attempt to pay using the Text Payment link last night but after putting in the payment information it just kept spinning. We attempted to pay 4 more times but the website was clearly not working and there was very poor service. To avoid being very late for our dinner reservation, we had to give up trying to pay. We had dinner for about an hour and came back to a booted car. The representative was quick to come over. We explained that we tried multiple times to pay but it just kept spinning. The representative acknowledged that he say that we accessed the link but the payment never processed. Instead of waving the $50 boot fee and charging us the normal amount (because it was clearly their website issue) we were forced to pay $56 in order to get the boot removed. Such a brilliant, sustainable solution to parking in Charleston! For me, the HAH Parking app makes going to an event or an appointment in downtown Charleston so much less stressful because I book the parking spot ahead of time. Way to "think outside the box" and find sustainable solutions, rather than compromising Charleston's historical, architectural integrity by putting up parking garages.

While visiting Charleston SC I wanted to head to the farmers market downtown yet was concerned about the parking. I signed up with the Hah Parking App- it was so easy. I parked less than two blocks from the wonderful market. Had a great time and didn’t mind going back to my car to stow away my treasures, which left my hands free to find more! If you want a stress free day download the App today! I highly recommend Parker, who doesn’t love the little fella! Now I need the Parker emoji to use here! He sure is fun! We all need more fun!

Got charged three times for same 3-day pass. Tried repeatedly to reach customer service. Went to advertised office location and office was unattended. Was promised someone would take care of the issue. Have never been contacted. Would not recommend services. Really discussed this company does not represent Downtown Charleston SC very well.
