Hails is knowledgeable, courteous, polite, professional, friendly, customer service oriented (which you do not see much of anymore) and reasonably priced. Josh’s crew remodeled our master bathroom. From the moment I met Josh, I could tell he takes pride in what he does and doesn’t settle for “average.” He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and helped guide me in designing the bathroom. His crew was very efficient and did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.

Hails Home Improvements just remodeled our kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the result! Josh worked with us from the beginning to help us develop a plan we felt comfortable with and provided a detailed estimate and timeline. His team worked quickly and efficiently, someone was here every day to keep the job moving. We had a wall removed, and replaced the floors, cabinets, counterops, backsplash and appliances, with a couple of custom built shelves too. Everyone on the team was professional, friendly and did quality work. While Josh helped us find budget-friendly options, the kitchen looks high end and polished. Really well done and we are so excited to have a more functional, open, and beautiful kitchen for our family! We would absolutely recommend Hails Home Improvement for others
