Needed a buyer inspection done on an old house and got it scheduled ASAP which on their schedule was about a week in advance. Got the inspection report same day and the appointment was at 1pm. Very detailed. Actually saved our butts... We are so lucky we chose to get the inspection. We would've ended up foreclosed on or something because we are not rich and would not be able to deal with the moisture damage that was already done and he found rat droppings and a roach and a ton of entry points from the exterior for them to enter and the rodents destroyed ductwork AND electrical wires were chewed up under the crawl space holding on by a thread! Now we get our VA appraisal money back since we got a home inspection on our own before the appraisal and the appraisal is more expensive.
