Extremely unhappy with the service they provided. First, I was contacted and told a window of time to expect the tech to arrive. Well, that didn’t happen until 1.25 hours after the quoted window closed. The tech upon arrival seemed very knowledgeable. He inspected the door and suggested that it would be an easy repair and a price was quoted . Then the trouble began.At first, suddenly the cables needed to be replaced, an added cost, and everything supposedly again looked good. Guess what? Amazingly, somehow the spring which looked good from the start also needed to be replaced I was told. Enough was enough. What a relief that when my garage door stopped working, we called Nate and he was nearby. After checking it out, he told us that the main spring had broken and needed to be replaced. He did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier with the result
