Charlie performed a basement apartment remodel on a rental property we own. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend his services. He was detail oriented, cost conscious, efficient and extremely customer friendly. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work he did on the flooring, drywall, soffit and paint work.
