Everyone was incredibly helpful and extremely friendly. I purchased a hot water heater that was the correct capacity but the wrong size and it was 100% my fault. When I discovered the issue the next day and called them they allowed me to exchange it without a restocking fee or any hassle. And also while we were at the checkout counter we were purchasing a tool and Lauren, the lady behind the desk realize that we were not professionals and would probably only be using the tool once and asked. Once we assured her that yes we would only be using it once or twice she went and got us the exact same tool but a different brand that was less than half the price of the original tool we had picked out.
