Manager Shae was very quick with an answer and scheduling a delivery. I needed a washer box faceplate and she was able to find me the right one within minutes and scheduled a delivery. Absolutely impressive!

I am so impressed with Hajoca! I called and scheduled a time to come take a look at the showroom, Audrie was very helpful in scheduling the appointment as well as answering all of my questions at the showroom. She did a great job of listening to what I was looking for and making suggestions. I did not feel pressured to buy anything which is so nice when you have a lot to plan for a remodel. Audrie emailed me product specifications and a bid for the items I was interested in so I could continue looking at other options before deciding. I decided that the bathtub audrie recommended was by far the best in my search for a soaking tub, she was very helpful via email and called me at my request so I could make my purchase conveniently over the phone. She even had the tub delivered the next day.

Matt was amazing, so helpful! We had a water heater go out that was still under warranty and he made it so easy for is to get a replacement. We will definitely be back!
