The folks at Hajoca have gone above and beyond a couple different times that I solicited their help in resolving plumbing problems that I had. They worked diligently to find the solution in finding the best, most cost effective parts to resolve my problems rather than just making a quick sale with the much more expensive parts that I thought I needed. Service and honesty is not just a slogan with them; they are a rare breed these days and my go to place for finding plumbing parts.

Best place for plumbing supplies in the nearest 5 counties. Employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and as quick as possible. Currently the new building next door is a couple weeks from being open and then they'll have a larger selection of HVAC and electrical components as well as plumbing/septic/sewer.

Highly recommended parts department. We were stuck with damaged shower valve and water in the house turned off. Oh yea, it was Saturday. Rachel, in parts department, looked at the picture I had, handed me the correct replacement valve, told us exactly how to install it, plus gave us her number in case we ran into issues! Best service I've seen in a long time, and something you won't get at the "big box" home stores. Thank you!

Showroom folks might be great. This review is for parts counter. WNC strong and we’re in the midst of the hurricane recovery, right? I really tried to keep my business local. Sentiment was not reciprocated. Looking for help finding a specific part, which website said Hajoca sells. Tried calling and left a voicemail. No return call…still no return call 5 days later. Walked in to counter. Counter person #1…we can’t use a part number, you need a serial number. Person #2…looked up the previously useless part number, tells me no one has part. Person #3 (I’m assuming #3 is management, based on the way they were dressed, how they piped in from the other end of the counter, was the only person sitting, and couldn’t be bothered to make eye contact)…”those are manufactured to-order and take at least
