Met with Faith last Wednesday and was super excited with her help and what I chose for my bathroom. I was told 2 days for an estimate and now it is a week, and I called on Monday for an update, but no response. Extremely disappointing with this experience, from a business that has been established for 30 years. I am updating my review, because Faith called me promptly this morning and we were able to discover where the miscommunication was and she made sure I immediately received, my estimate. Faith, is very knowledgeable about the products and the showroom has a lot of beautiful options. Make the time to go there with your next bathroom or kitchen project, and talk to Faith.

Megan Huppman scheduled a time to meet in the showroom when I called, assisted me with options, educated me about the backorder situation due to the pandemic, and worked patiently with me around finishes, wall opening limits, and style. We completed the selection process using the Hajoca website, links to brands, and email. Megan worked directly with my plumbing company to obtain all the components I needed, both those seen and those essential behind-the-wall components. My pre-existing tile was maintained beautifully through removal of the old fixtures and changes for the new. A true professional, Megan and Hajoca helped me achieve the look and functions I wanted.

I'm a home DIYer and am redoing my bathrooms. I came in for a few questions and the staff was patient, friendly, and told me that I already had all the necessary parts to complete the job, so they didn't get to sell stuff when I didn't need it which is nice. Great customer service! Knowledgeable, quick and easy when we needed to do a quick water system repair. Prices are very reasonable and everything we needed was in stock. We'll be back when our next repair is needed!
