Working with Hakes Flooring was a breeze! We needed some carpet installed on our basement stairs and they were great to work with from start to finish (which wasn't very long because they were really quick to install). Rod answered all our questions and gave us direction on the best carpet for our needs. He's more than fair with the cost and you can tell he really cares about his customers. Kyle installed our carpet and he was super friendly and very skilled - he put a lot of care into his work and we're very happy with how it turned out. Would definitely use Hakes Flooring again.

If you need new carpets, there isn’t a better place to go. We were recommended Hakes carpets by a family member who got flooring installed and was so happy with it. We shopped around and got a few estimates, and Rod’s estimate beat everyone else by quite a bit. We were able to get the carpets we wanted for a great price. Rod is the nicest guy and is loved by his employees, he truly cares about his customers and followed up after the installation to make sure we were happy with how it turned out, our installers were incredible did a great job, and when we need carpets again, we will be going back. Thank you to Rod and his team for making our experience getting new carpets low stress and so exciting.

We used Hakes for new carpet in my mother in law’s living room and it turned out so nice. Really good price, they did it quickly but thoroughly and my mother in law really enjoyed the color and texture and how it tied the living room space together. Would definitely use and recommend them again.
