Brandon was amazing. He helped us get back our heat! He was very knowledgeable and had no problem answering all of my questions and making sure that I understood everything before he left. Brandon & Jacob did excellent work on my a/c maintenance. They did a great job explaining all the details of their work and they were very nice; I highly recommend this company.
I really appreciate this company and the employee that they sent. He took his time to get heat on in my house I was freezing. He was professional. He was thorough and he fix the problem. There is still more things to be done. At least I will not freeze this weekend. I have been cold for awhile, so I thank you Hales Heating and cooling for the professionalism that your employee showed he was excellent.
We were so thankful for your quick response when we had no heat in this 27 degree weather. Your people came immediately and fixed our heater and showed us how to maintain our heat. Everyone involved was knowledgeable, respectful, efficient and a joy to have in our home. Thank you so much.
I'm about a year late in writing my review, but Justin and his crew were awesome with replacing our very old AC unit. Efficient and friendly.
