Delivered a semi load of material to this place. Very nice people very good to work with. It did take a while to get unloaded but the owner was very gracious about it. Would definitely deliver to them again.

Today, Memorial Day 2019, a partner of mine went in to swap out some irrigation tubing that was purchased incorrectly. He was met by the Owner Sean, who proceeded to berate him over a $66.72 past due bill that nobody even knew about (from a large 2018 project that cost over $10k in total). My partner and I had paid all of our bills, always do, and have never had these issues before anywhere else. When asking for proof of the charge, we were given a receipt with today's date on it and Hales was unable to provide any further information. I called to speak with the Owner who then attempted to bully me into paying, again without being able to provide proof, nor was he willing. Instead he continuously put the onus on us to prove we'd paid it. That's just not how it works. The truly sad p

I stopped by while passing through and needed a new fountain top. I've been looking all over the place for a replacement and haven't had much luck. Hales actually had a number of good options at really good prices. Shawn was incredibly helpful, found just what I needed, gave me a really great deal and even threw in a bunch of pump supplies at no extra charge. Great experience. The selection of minerals, yard art, fountains, and just fun bric-a-brac is really impressive. The prices were all very fair and I hope to stop back by this spring. Thanks!

If you have never been to Hales you must stop in. It's not just for the pros. Hales has the most amazing sculptures for the yard as well as everything else you may need to fix your sprinklers and more. The owner works in shop everyday and is on hand to assist you with your needs. You can't miss it driving down highway 40. You will be amazed by what you see when you show up. You almost can't take it all in. The patio stone and gravel selection is the only place to go if you want a broad choice of meterial to choose from. Do yourself a favor and go to Hales.

The employees at Hales were incredibly helpful and friendly. They have expanded their business size and selection of products and they were more than happy to show me around the lot and help me find what I needed for my landscaping project.
