I bent over backwords to try and help this company meet their deadline on a project. I was promised by one of their general Contractors, Craig McRitchie, that if I could guarentee a certain time and date of delivery and installation, that I could have the job and he would let other contactor go because he was tired of the lies. So I get on the phone at 6 pm, 2 hours after my suppliers are closed and call my sales manager to try and make this happen for the new Tiger Woods Mini golf course at Broadway at The Beach that was on a deadline. Well to get 500' of a special Order Commercial grade aluminum fence bult, powder coated and delivered in less than a week is no small task. Today we delivered equipment in NC for a new Main Event. There was a very unprofessional general contractor on site who refused to give his name but said he was a direct representation of the company. Instead of informing us where to deliver at he came up to us with a very nasty & negative attitude demanding we get off his property. (Crazy thing is he doesn’t own the parking lot) i can only imagine how he speaks to his coworkers & contractors. A few other contractors in the area also stated that he’s been unprofessional the whole time. Someone might want to check out how’s he’s representing your business because it’s not in a good way.

I walked into this place by accident and was attended and helped by a lovely young lady, that made the interaction the most pleasant thing that happened to me that day!
