Caleb was absolutely great. We woke up to a surprise leak coming from the meter shut off valve called the office and was told they were booked till after lunch we got a call shortly after 10am saying he was on his way early. He waisted no time in making the repair and charged a very fair price first time having to use a plumber and will definitely be using Halifax plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs. We highly recommend Halifax Plumbing. There was water on the floor in our half bath, and we had no idea where it was coming from. Caleb (a wonderful young man) arrived and saved the day. Caleb meticulously and patiently troubleshooted all possibilities of where this water could be coming from. As it turned out the seal between the tank and the toilet bowl was severely worn and water was slowly dripping for who knows how long. We opted to replace the toilet since it was over 25 yrs old and the new toilet was quickly installed. We will NEVER call any other plumbing company outside of Halifax Plumbing, they are all professional, courtesy and very priced.
