They’ve made our block a living nightmare. Streets and parking is a mess. I had to leave work this morning because I don’t trust just anyone in my home..they said they're checking the basement and gas lines in each apartment.. I guess the sanitation workers won’t pick up again.. such an inconvenience

Disgusting rude people . They are doing construction by my house. So incredibly loud and starting before 9am and lasting until after 6pm I called to get some information about how long this was going to go on and to ask about the noise I was yelled at and hung up on. I then called Con Ed and the Rep heard the noise from my phone and said “that’s awful “ and put in an emergency ticket for someone to go out there .

Nasty , rude and disgusting employees. Honestly, I don’t even know why you pay these guys to just stand there all day and not guide traffic while crazy construction is going on and when you ask them what to do because you’re confused they cursed you out.

They hijacked our neighborhood as though they're on an open area with zero respect/regard for the neighborhood residents. They ripped up street after street to install new gas piping and continued to go on ripping up every street without properly closing the first site. Many, many street conditions are hazardous and contribute to damaging cars. They leave dozens of fair parking spots before weeks with their equipment. It seems there is no authority that they are answerable to. Awful company! If can rate them in negative numbers, I would.

A project they were running left scratches and concrete all over my brand new $80k truck. They refused to take responsibility and cover any of the damages. Absolutely irresponsible management from top to bottom. Companies like this should not be working in public spaces or anywhere
