Hallmark installed the HVAC system in our new construction home. Come winter, the system would run for 10 minutes, click off for one minute, then click on again so much so that it was basically always on. Clearly something that isn’t supposed to happen. After multiple attempts to encourage a site visit to see what the problem was, I received a begrudged phone call walking me through some settings adjustments for our thermostat. After following his advice, the problem persisted and when I reached out again, was ignored. Despite being under warranty, I then paid to have Bill’s Heating and Air visit and identify the problem. They offered refreshing customer service and pointed out several issues with both the original installation and thermostat settings, recommending turning off our emergenc
