I have seen Hall’s Heating & Air evolve from a credible and customer-focused company to a greedy and non-responsive one-man show where employees come and go like the wind because they don’t want to work for Matt. When my “still under warranty” HVAC developed a coil leak and needed to be replaced, I called, texted and e-mailed Hall’s, but got NO RESPONSE for over a week. With summer’s temperatures rising rapidly, I had to switch to another company. Unfortunately, since I had purchased my HVAC from Hall’s, the new company couldn’t honor the original warranty, and I had to buy a new unit out of pocket. I do not recommend doing business with this company!!! If you do, you will likely find yourself holding an empty bag when it comes to service and warranty.
