Hallway Plumbing

Hallway Plumbing South Carolina has been unresponsive this week. This involves a new home under warranty, and despite multiple attempts to reach them, I have not received a return call or response. The lack of communication has been frustrating and unprofessional, especially for warranty work. I would leave this on their page but to the looks of it there is only 1 page for both locations.

Poor service and unprofessional conduct from the plumbing staff. Communication was inadequate and disappointing. The toilet bowl handle in our new construction home broke just a few months after we moved in, and they refused to fix the issue.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Hallway Plumbing installed the plumbing in our brand new home, and within two days of moving in, we had major flooding seven times in total. It took them eight months to fix the issue, and the only reason they finally acted was because I posted on Facebook and tagged them and the builder. During that time, they kept implying it was somehow our fault, even though the house was brand new and had never been lived in. Completely unprofessional and dismissive. Avoid if you can.

My wife and I bought a new construction home and had a warranty issue. So, I had to use Hallway Plumbing. Otherwise, I would not have used them since they were the original contractor. I've already had to fix some of their original work. There are much better options plumber options. It took multiple calls to get through to someone to make an appointment. I was told the person would call when headed my way. They did not. They called apparently when at the house. They did not leave a message. I was 5 minutes from home knowing if they called and told me they were on the way, I could easily get home so my wife didn't have to deal with the plumbing issue. She had important meetings (works from home like myself). I saw someone had called about 7 minutes earlier while I was working out

Hallway was the original plumbers in my 2 year old home. I just called them because we lost the hot water in the kitchen. They want $250.00 just to come out to look at something they put in?! Disgusting.
