Halstead Quinn has been my heating oil and propane supplier for over 10 years. I have found them to be responsive, professional and extremely competent. They recently replaced a boiler which was done quickly and efficiently. The price was competitive and they offered extended service at no charge. You cannot go wrong with them.

Over the last year, they had trouble finding the location of my oil tank even though there was a drawing with directions and it is clearly above ground outside; the located in the back of the house on one flat acre. I was supposed to get an oil Delivery Saturday morning before the storm but the driver didn’t want to look in the back of the house for the tank. Since I wasn’t home he left with no courtesy phone call. The snow arrived Saturday and my driveway was plowed twice in a twelve-hour period with four fifty-pound bags of calcium chloride placed on the driveway leading to the tank. I called in a no-heat emergency call for my home to my oil company that has serviced me for 28 years. This was a Monday, at 1:30 PM. The estimated time for a service tech to arrive was given as after 1:00PM THE NEXT DAY. Outside temperature was approximately 30 degrees, no storms, a typical December day. I called Halstead Quinn, they had a new account set up and the service tech arrived within 2 hours; oil burner was up and running within an hour after he arrived.
