Wish I had known about this place before wasting 4 days waiting on parts from Mr. Bob's (after they told me my bad capacitor was actually fine). They had both parts I needed in stock, and when the shift actuator turned out to be fine, they gave me a discount on the capacitor which fixed my washer. I'll definitely be giving them business first next time around. In stock price on actuator was competitive, the in stock price for capacitor was a bit high, but absolutely avoiding two days' of downtime when I have a family of 7.

The sells staff is very professional and friendly. I compared appliances at 3 competitors. HB gave me the best deal. In the past 30 years I have bought 5 appliances and mattress there.
