Mike and his crew have provided great customer service to me. They replaced my well 8 years ago when I had a fire in my well house. And since that time I've called numerous times just to ask questions about things and they've always been there to answer my questions never tried to charge me any extra money or anything. They're there when you need them and they have been more than fair to me.

The BEST well company in the area! Prompt, clear communication. They came out quickly to get the job done and were very polite. Service was efficient and they made sure to leave their work area clean when finished. 100% recommend over other local company's, tell them Mellisa Patterson sent you if you read this!!

I can not recommend Hammock well unless you want surprise inflated pricing after the work is done. They charged over $2300.00 to replace my pump after a lightning strike. $1200.00 of that was for a pump that could have been purchased on line for about $600.00 Another well company said it should have been around $1500.00 total to do the work. Speaking with Mr. Hammack did not help at all. He threatened to remove the pump and everything they did. He quickly changed his tune when he realized I would be ok with that if I did not owe him anything. Replacing the pump and controller is not rocket science. I should have known not to use them when I was told it's $10,000 to scope the well. Others charge 300 to 500. He got his money for the pump replacement, a bad review, and lost a customer.I st

Mr Mike hammack is absolutely the best. We called him and Friday night and explain to him that our well went out and we were have a waterslide party on Saturday. He said I'll put everything I think I'll need to fix it on my truck and be there first thing Saturday morning. He was there by 8:30 and had us going before the party at 11. I definitely recommend Hammack Well Inc.

Do not recommend. They charged us over $300 and did absolutely nothing. Most of it was mileage to Box Springs. We were not told ahead of time of the mileage charge, we were aware of the service call charge. However that charge should have been applied to service. They did nothing except tell us what WE could do to fix the problem !?! Ridiculous- Find another company. Since then the pump has burned out and we have no water. UPDATE - Hammack Well - Mr. Mike Hammack reached out to me personally, apologized, and made an effort to rectify their bad service. He informed me of several measures they have put in place to prevent what happened to me from happening to future customers. To me, this shows character. Since everyone deserves a second chance, I amend my previous comments with these
