I called Hammerhead due to my filter not getting any pressure. Immediately on the phone, they tried to walk me through steps to correct the issue without me having them come out and charge me for a visit. Well, I wasn’t home and told them the problem had existed longer than a few days so they wanted to come inspect so we weren’t running a dry motor. They set an appointment up on Friday for following Monday. They initially were scheduled in the morning but informed me they were running a little late so I could remain at work until the afternoon. Upon arrival, they immediately went to work and got my system running. They explained if continued to not prime, it may need pump seals replaced but to continue to manually run for a day or two and let them know as the system may have gotten air whi

I’m writing a long overdue review of this place. We used them a year ago to clean our pool. We had them acid wash the pool. They damaged our Plaster so badly and left the water out so long that I believe not only that we had to deal with the Plaster after that but now we are dealing with a crack that I believe it’s caused by leaving the pool drained for an excessive period of time. The lady who I assume as an owner is without knowledge when it comes to acid washing.

If I could get them a 0 star, I would. They were suppose to be maintaining my rental property in Vegas. When I showed up to my property this August I was greeted with the picture below! My tenants informed me that the company hadn’t been out SINCE DECEMBER! If my tenants decide not to mention it to my property manager, that is on them. I did have a balance with this company, but upon seeing the pool (and hearing the information) I emailed and requested for proof of service for those 8 months. The response was that they had cancelled my pool cleaning IN MAY (with no notice what so ever) and that they had no proof of being at my rental they could give me. I’ve been so impressed with Hammerhead Pool Service. Cheryl and the staff are always so helpful. Their work ethics are impeccable. At one time our pool turned purple while using another company, This company came to the rescue and solved the problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
