Hammerhead Roofing was great to work with. We were approached by a different company after a major hail storm and had a terrible experience. I was hesitant when I contacted Hammerhead to go through them instead, but my salesman Shawn was AMAZING. He came out immediately, went over everything with me, and made me feel way more confident and comfortable. No only was I able to get a new roof on my home and garage, I was able to get new skylights, too. There was a delay because of the skylights. A rep called me to explain the ones I wanted weren’t in stock but there were other options. After meeting with other roofing companies, one who was doing or did 3 other roofs in our neighborhood we spoke with Shawn from Hammer Head roofing and felt his knowledge, professionalism and no pressure sales talk was a stand out from the others. He listened to our concerns and addressed them with knowledge and was well versed on every detail of the process. He was the only one who looked at our attic to see if there was proper ventilation. He also told us after inspecting our roof that there was no immediate need for a new one which we liked because he wasn’t trying to sell us something we didn’t need.
