We had a complete system installed yesterday Aug 6th 2025, from the initial call to the job completion it was an extremely pleasant and professional experience. From call to completion only took 4 days! Aron was great with no pressure and never trying to sale us something we didn’t need, he also gave us 3 options to fit our budget. Hunter the installer was prompt, extremely professional and explained everything thoroughly. Very refreshing in this day and age to find a company that goes the extra mile like these folks did! Highly recommend Hammond to anyone shopping around for an A/C Company. I called Hammond simply based on its reviews which were head and shoulders above the competitors. Highly recommend Hammond heating and air. They were prompt and affordable. Technician Brian was very informative and friendly. We had our unit inspected and repair in less than 24 hours.

Brian from Hammond was outstanding! He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us a smart tip to cool the motor with a hose, which kept our house comfortable in the meantime. Luckily, the part came in the next day and he got everything fully repaired fast. Excellent service, friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend!
