The patio has a low spot where rain water pools. After several calls and texts showing a photo of the low spot, no one has come out to fix it. We really wanted it done before winter. We’re still waiting.

No quote was provided up front for fall leaf cleanup (only an hourly rate) and they didn't check in before starting the job. I was shocked at the price of the invoice (more than 2x what we paid in the past) especially since it appears the job may have been suboptimal (hard to tell at this point since we were out of town and it has since snowed). I will not be using them again.
