Have used Jason for over 5 years and he's been nothing short of exceptional. He has been prompt and helpful and willing to answer a call when we needed him. His customer service is top notch and the quality of work is above expectations. His pricing is reasonable or better than most. Would recommend for commercial and residential alike.

Late, rude, lazy, and poor communication best describes my interactions with Jason Hamp. We had an appointment but he was two hours late. Couldn't reach him by phone to see if he was still coming. He finally showed up and gave an excuse instead of an apology for being late. Didn't have the parts so had to run "quick" to Menards. He shows back up an hour and a half later to finish the job. When I received the bill I was not only charged for his hour and a half trip, his time for the repair plus some, and his 1/2 hour time to write my invoice! NEVER AGAIN!

Professional, prompt, reasonable and courteous. Has been able to help in time sensitive issues as well as larger projects. Jason is top notch and very responsive.
