Hampton Roads Sunroofs Inc

We purchased a DVD system for our Odyssey Van from Stateline Honda. They sent us to Hampton Roads Sunroofs Inc for the install. They were fast and got us right out. There was so much static in the system the kids couldnt hear the movie. So they installed a modulator to make the sound come in better and it worked. It stopped working a month later along with the passenger window and we found that they had installed it by running a wire directly into a fuse. They denied having done that.....(no one else had worked on the car..must have been the car fairy. We had to replace to pieces of trim on the car where they had installed wires and ripped it off instead of unscrewing the trim. We have since had many electrical problems in the car, the radio stopped working, the light on the clock still

POOR/HORRIBLE...Wish there had been some type of notification.....useless trip
