Hello everyone! I first have to apologize because this review is soooo long overdue. I first met Frank from Hamptons air this past February while in the midst of a kitchen renovation. He was called in by my contractor because we needed to move some Freon lines and some duct work as well. (Note, I will note that spring I want at the time looking to do my ac system, I have been researching and getting process the last couple of years because I knew that I should get this system replaced since my old system was 22 years old. After a neighbor’s pipe froze and burst, spraying water into our hvac system Hampton’s Air immediately sent Marcel who spent the morning diagnosing the issues and proposing the parts needing replacement in our new high efficiency Bosch system. Marcel was thorough and explained everything that had happened due to the water as well as what needed to be done. Could not ask for better service.

Hampton's Air is the team you want on your project. I had to replace a 28 year old oil fired furnace for a 3,000 sq. ft house. Roy did the calculations and explained every option along the way. Most project estimators missed important aspects of heating and cooling this house. Not Roy. He's experienced, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. Frank the project manager is equally knowledgeable and honest. Frsnk's always available by cell. Mike the installation tech was a workhorse, he knew his job and got it done, very professionally, no drywall repairs. The project was reasonably priced and done quickly. Al members of the Hampton's Air team were gentlemen. No one is more skeptical than me. Take my advice, call them and you'll see everything I said is on the mark.
