I just had Sonny and Axel from Hampton Septic dig for my Main Waste Line to clean it out. I've never seen two guys work so hard digging this hole! Even after I bought them a large pizza pie, and begged them to take a break, it must've been 94 degrees, they ignored the pie and kept working until the Main Line was cleared! (They took the large pizza pie back with them on their truck.) Truly remarkable! DON'T LOSE THESE WORKERS!!!
Excellent company to deal with! Initial scheduling was so smooth and professional. The service was flawless, Sonny was an excellent tech and timing was as scheduled. They follow up to see everything went well too. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Will definitely use again next time!
The best company on the East End! Everyone on their team is extremely professional and caring! Lauren is extremely knowledgeable and patient- will take the time to explain everything. You will not walk away not knowing everything you need to know from her. Will always recommend them with full confidence that they will be taken care of.
My septic issue was reviewed quickly, professonally and with courtesy. The technicians responded when I was told they would. My issue was resolved in short order. Very satisfied!
Tim, the engineer is excellent and always takes his time to discuss what he did and to answer any questions. The front office is very good to work with as well.
