Joe was excellent, fixed our system quickly and professionally. I spent almost 30 years with the state as a maintenance supervisor, supervising 14 different trade classes. You don’t find many people like Joe who knows their trade like he does. I would hire him in a heartbeat!

They came the same day and checked my heater. It needed a part that had to be ordered. Joe came back as soon as the part came in. He installed it pretty quickly and had my heat going without any problems. I would recommend Joe for any heating and cooling work you need done.

How called and explained that there had been s double booking. When i told him I had scheduled for 8 am on the website, he offered to come right out. He was quick and even got my Google Nest thermostat up and running. His communication was perfect.

I was able to make a same day appointment which surprised me anyway, but then they also came early and they were polite And educational and got the job done in a quick manner. I would definitely call them back if I Ever need anything else fixed with my heating or air conditioning. It’s really too bad that other companies don’t react to their customers the way this company does.

My first time using Ham's! First off, they came a day early which I very much appreciated. Joe was quick to figure out what had happened and just as quick to repair the problem. I especially liked the open communication. I definitely would recommend!
