When we found Blake, he was recommended by 2/10 Warranty Company. We made an initial appointment which requires a $75 out of pocket fee for services which we paid and lost for nothing. Blake cancelled the initial appointment on 1/17/23 via text saying only that he'd have to cancel the appointment from the scheduled day to the next day at the same time which means that I had to move some very important doctors appointments around. He didn't ask if this would be acceptable as if others dont have obligations. No explanation was given nor any apologies. I sent a text asking if he could be here by 10 a.m. No response, but he did show up early. Blake is the best! He completely rebuilt the 25 year old hot tub in our new (to us) house - motors, pumps, heaters, plumbing, the works. Honest, dedicated, and hard-working. Plus he took the time to explain everything to a newbie hot tub owner. Highly recommend!! A+++
