Handford Oil

Would never recommend this company to anyone. They removed and replaced an oil tank in my home and left my home a disaster. Ripped up the wood on both sides of my finished, notty pine stairway., Scratched my door and my walls. Flooring needs replacement, dripped oil on my carpeting, needs to be replaced. It’s gonna cost me a fortune to fix my home after this tank removal. Had to get estimates for Painter, construction, worker, and flooring and carpeting. Left message for owner to call me and enclosed photos, never called back. Wish I knew how to put the photos on here because you wouldn’t believe it! three days ago

Do not recommend. Customer service is awful. The receptionist is downright rude and unprofessional, and unsympathetic if you have an emergency situation. I had my last interaction with her today, and switched to another company, where the person I spoke with was polite and respectful. If you are looking for an oil company, I strongly advise you not to use Handford Oil.

I can absolutely see why everyone told me not to deal with this company customer service is horrible not professional at all. I Can definitely tell it’s the same person answering the phone that responds back to customers reviews! But can’t complain too much when the oil price is great!!! :{}

Buyer BEWARE! This is NOT a good company. They charged my account 5 times in February 2021(today is April 28, 2021) I still CAN'T get my money back. When I called to raise a stink? They threatened me with litigation and BANNED me from buying oil from them! What are they trying to hide? Dozens of other oil providers around! How many other people have they done this to?🤔🤔 I DON'T know, BUT I WILL FIND OUT! DO NOT GIVE YOUR CC INFO ONLINE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

Don't waste your time trying to save a few dollars with them. I called Springer oil who redirected me to Handford. I had $414 worth of oil delivered but was charged $605. While dealing with this, Springer charged me an additional $440. After my 4th or 5th phone call I was told it was my fault for ordering it online and how its not their fault for the system glitching. Save yourself some frustration and just buy oil from someone else.
