Honest and helpful people. When faced with water damage it is very important to approach insurance with guidance from professionals. Hands On Water Damage did an outstanding job leading us through the entire drying process as well as navigating us through the home owners insurance claim. They rebuilt in a timely manner and were professional throughout the project.

Hands On Water Damage was fantastic! Roni was super kind and professional. We had what we thought was a small leak but it turned into so much more! Not only did they help us through the process, they worked great with our insurance, and worked really hard to get all of the repair work done before the holiday season. He was refered to me by a family member who's also a contractor and has had positive experiences working with this business. In short, Roni is an expert in water damage restoration and provided outstanding service not only in removing damaged drywall, flooring and the dryout, but also in working with the adjuster to a high quality repair. I would definitely recommend Roni and Hands On and while I hope we do not need to use his services again, I would no hesitate to call him first!
